Minimum Qualifications:
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering; Or Bachelors degree with at least one year of working experience in Electrical Engineering;
- Technical expertise in power systems, or signal processing, or control, or statistics;
- Demonstrated research experience;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid publication records in peer-reviewed journals or conferences;
- Knowledge in power system and renewable generation;
- Strong programming ability (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
